<br />11 <br /> <br />certerra.com 4660 Main Street, Suite 100, Springfield, Oregon 97478 T: 541.393.6340 <br />This report presents the following recommendations based on our subsurface investigation, infiltration testing, and <br />results of our laboratory testing: <br /> <br />• A discussion of the subsurface conditions encountered including pertinent soil and rock properties, a <br />boring location plan, and groundwater conditions. <br />• 2025 Oregon Structural Specialty Code/ASCE 7 -22 seismic design criteria. <br />• Infiltration testing results. <br />• Imported fill requirements, including gradation and compaction. <br />• Recommendations for foundation subgrade preparation and the overall suitability of the in -situ soils and <br />in-place materials for use as structural fill. <br />• Geotechnical related recommendations for conventional shallow foundation design (i.e. spread and <br />continuous footings) including allowable bearing capacity, depth of footing embedment, minimum footing <br />dimensions and estimated settlements. <br />• Geotechnical slab on grade recommendations. <br />• Geotechnical retaining wall recommendations. <br />• Geotechnical pavement recommendations based on an assumed California Bearing Ratio (CBR). <br />• Wet and dry weather construction recommendations. <br />• Groundwater considerations. <br />• Discussions on geotechnical issues that may impact the project. <br /> <br /> <br />
