Where the applicant <br />was unable to meet the standards and an Adjustment Review was available, that application has <br />been submitted. <br /> <br />(8) Where all or a portion of a development site is within the South Hills Study and above 700 feet in <br />elevation, the proposed development shall have received initial approval through the Planned Unit <br />Development process. Where all or a portion of the development site is within the South Hills Study <br />and is between 500 feet and 701 feet, and the development site is at least 4 acres with areas of the <br />development site containing slopes that exceed 20%, the proposal shall have received initial approval <br />through the Planned Unit Development process. <br />The development site is between 500 and 701 feet and is less than 4 acres.
