Property Line Adjustment I Eugene Code Page 1 of 1 <br />9.8405 Applicability of Property Line Adjustment Applications. <br />(1) A property line adjustment application is applicable to changes to the property lines of adjoining properties <br />when all of the following exist: <br />(a) A property line proposed for adjustment will not result in an increase in the number of parcels or lots. <br />(b) A property line proposed for adjustment will not create more than 2 property line adjustments to any of <br />the boundaries of an individual lot or parcel within a calendar year. This subsection does not apply to <br />proposed property line adjustments undertaken by or on behalf of a governmental entity that affect the <br />ability to preserve, manage, or expand park, open space, or natural resource areas. <br />(c) The adjustment will result in less than a 200% change in the size of the lot or parcel. This subsection does <br />not apply to proposed property line adjustments undertaken by or on behalf of a governmental entity that <br />affect the ability to preserve, manage, or expand park, open space, or natural resource areas. <br />(2) A property line adjustment application may not be utilized to effect the reconfiguration of lots or parcels <br />which must be approved through the partition or subdivision procedure. <br />(3) A property line adjustment application may not be utilized to create flag lots. <br />(Section 9.8405, see chart at front of Chapter 9 for legislative history from 2/26/01 through 6/1 /02.
