One accessory dwelling is allowed for each detached single-unit <br />dwelling and duplex on the same lot. <br />(2) Permitted, subject to the PRO zone use limitations and standards in Table 9.2630, EC <br />9.2631, and EC 9.2640. <br /> <br />S-H Tree Top House Historic Zone Development Standards <br />The S-H Tree Top House Historic Zone development standards include the General Standards for <br />All Development beginning at EC 9.600 and the standards for the R-1 Low-Density Residential <br />zone at EC9.2750 unless speciflcally modifled as set forth below. In cases of confiicts between <br />the general standards and this historic zone, the historic zone-speciflc standards shall apply. <br /> <br />Residential Density (1) <br />Historically, there has only been one dwelling unit on the site. Consistent with the purpose of <br />the S-H Tree Top House Historic Zone, the site does not have a minimum residential density <br />requirement. The maximum residential density is 14 units per acre. For calculating residential
