EXHIBIT A <br />S-H TREE TOP HOUSE HISTORIC ZONE <br />Purpose of S-H Tree Top House Historic Zone <br />The purpose of the S-H Tree Top House Historic Zone is to implement the comprehensive plan by <br />providing greater fiexibility in allowed uses and standards that are compatible with the historic <br />character of the site. The S-H zone will enhance the economic viability of the site and encourage <br />renovations that refiect the site's historic role in the community. <br /> <br />S-H Tree Top House Historic Zone Land Use and Permit Requirements <br />The following Table 1 - S-H Tree Top House Historic Zone Land Use and Permit Requirements <br />identifles those uses that are: <br /> <br />(P) Permitted <br />(S) Permitted, subject to the Special Development Standards for Certain Uses <br />beginning at EC9.5000. <br />(#) Permitted, subject to S-H Tree Top House Historic Zone Special Use Limitations. <br /> <br />Table 1 S- H Tree Top House Historic Zone <br />Land Uses and Permit Requirements <br /> <br /> S-H <br />Accessory Uses <br />Accessory Uses. Examples include a garage, storage shed, and services primarily <br />for use by residents on the site, such as a recreation room and gazebos. Parking <br />areas and garages constructed and used for principle use on the development site, <br />are allowed as an accessory use <br />P <br />Agricultural, Resource Production and Extraction <br />Community and Allotment Garden P <br />Urban Animal Keeping (See EC9.5250) S <br />Horticultural Use.
