The proposal is subject to the Type III application review process per EC 9.7300 <br />through 9.7340. <br /> <br />I. Land Use Request <br /> <br />The applicant requests a Zone Change from the existing Agricultural (AG) zone to the Neighborhood <br />Commercial (C-1) zone. Currently, the site is developed with a single-unit residential dwelling as well as <br />the associated driveway, landscaping, and other site infrastructure. <br /> <br />
