All developments shall be served by <br />the water system of the Eugene Water & Electric Board. <br />In compliance. <br /> <br />Parcel 1 is currently connected to the existing 8" CI waterline <br />located within the Loma Linda Lane right-of-way. It is proposed that <br />Parcel 2 be connected to said 8" CI waterline and be contained <br />within a proposed five (5) foot wide EWEB utility easement, running <br />along the easterly boundary as depicted hereon. <br /> <br />(2) Sewage.
