Any proposed Stormwater solution will be evaluated for approval at time of <br />building permit submittal. <br /> <br />EC 9.6793 Stormwater Flow Controls (Headwaters). <br />This property is not in the headwaters, nor does it drain into a pipe that discharges into a <br />headwaters stream. The property is not above 500 feet. <br /> <br />EC 9.6794 Stormwater Oil Control. <br />This is not a proposal for development. <br /> <br />EC 9.6795 Stormwater Source Controls. <br />This is not a proposal for development. Applications proposing private operation and maintenance <br />of all or part of the stormwater facility shall include an Operations and Maintenance Plan <br />in accordance with the forms adopted as part of the Stormwater Management Manual. <br />Acknowledged and agreed. <br /> <br />(k) All other applicable development standards for features explicitly included in the application. <br />The materials contained in this application address compliance with the applicable development <br />standards as they relate to the proposed partition.
