practicable. Signs shall be no more than 5 feet tall, and 16 square feet per face in
surface area, except for signs intended to be read from moving automobiles, such as
site entrance signs, which shall be no more than 8 feet tall and 32 square feet per face
in surface area. Kiosks shall be no more than 8 feet tall and 16 square feet per face in
surface area. The number of signs shall be the minimum necessary to accomplish
project objectives.
This standard does not apply because no interpretive facilities are proposed or required as part
of the project.
Based on the findings and conditions of approval, this proposal is consistent with the standards
at EC 9.4980(1)-(11).
SECTION 2 FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT EVALUATION
EC 9.8365(1): The final PUD plan conforms with the approved tentative PUD plan and all
conditions attached thereto.
The applicant submitted revised site plans as part of their Final PUD application. These plans
conform to the approved Tentative PUD plans as required.
The following conditions (also in bolded text) were attached to the Hearings Official's approval
of the Tentative PUD and are further addressed below with findings of compliance addressing
each.
1. On the final PUD site plans and final plat, the applicant shall create an access restriction
strip along the westerly boundary line of Lot 15 abutting Hawkins Lane.
Sheet L2.0 of the Final PUD plans depicts an access restriction strip along the west boundary
line of Lot 15. Therefore, this condition has been met.
2. Prior to final plat approval, the applicant shall demonstrate approval from the regional
road naming group for alternate street names to replace "Stonehedge Way" and
"Stonehedge Court".
Public Works staff have confirmed that the proposed street names of Tambour Lane and
Tambour Court are unique names not duplicated within Lane County and are approvable.
Therefore, this condition is met.
3. The private streets shall be labeled on the final plat and final PUD site plans as
March 2026 Findings & Decision of the Planning Director Page 20 of 28
Braewood Hills Third Addition (SDR 25-02 & PDF 25-01)
