Site Description <br /> <br />A. Location and Site Context <br /> <br />The subject site is located 2 blocks west of the University of Oregon on a portion of the former hospital <br />campus. As noted above, a separate Final Plat Partition application has been submitted to divide the <br />parcel into two legal, buildable lots (Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 - see attached Final Plat Partition for reference <br />only). The proposed project and subject City Adjustment Review application, along with the separate SB <br />1537 Adjustment Review application, is located on Parcel 2, which represents the northern portion of the <br />existing Tax Lot 4700 totaling approximately 3.25 acres (141,694 square feet). <br /> <br />The site is located within the Urban Growth Boundary (“UGB”), City of Eugene (“City”) corporate limits, <br />and the West University Neighbors (WUN) neighborhood association boundary.
