This Final Plat Partition application proposal is subject to <br />the Type I application review process per EC 9.7100. <br /> <br />I. Land Use Request <br /> <br />The property owner PeaceHealth and the applicant The Mark at Eugene, LCC (“Applicant”) request <br />approval of a Final Plat Partition application to create two lots located at the current address 791 East <br />13th Avenue. The proposed Final Plat Partition (“Final Plat”), as shown on the attached drawings, divides <br />the current Tax Lot 4700 of Lane County Assessor’s Map 17-03-32-31 (“site”) resulting in two legal lots <br />that are consistent with the Tentative Partition Plan (City File No. PT 25-14).
