I <br />have circled what appears to be TL 7000 and within the bounds of the parcel is this notation “Leased to Jan.31, <br />1958” which appears to a portion of that property noted as Deed RW 2532. I will order Deed RW 2532 from my <br />contact at ODOT and pass it on to you once I get it. Once I get the file, I may be able to answer your questions <br />regarding the leased property. I may have to reach out to ODOT’s Lead Right of Way Engineering Surveyor if the <br />requested document does not answer your question. <br /> <br />Do you think it would benefit our chapter members if I gave a presentation on researching ODOT right of ways?
