Findings: The Applicant proposes private maintenance of the proposed on-site, private stormwater management facilities, which will be operated and maintained in accordance with EC Chapters 6 and 7 and the Stormwater Management Manual. These findings together with the attached Civil plans and Stormwater Analysis Report demonstrate that these stormwater standards have been met. (e) EC 9.6800 through EC 9.6875 Standards for Streets, Alleys, and other Public Ways; EC 9.6805 - Dedication of Public Ways Findings: There are no public improvements proposed as part of the proposed project. The 3 abutting street rights-of-way are improved to urban standards. Therefore, these standards are not applicable. EC 9.6810 - Block Length Findings: The block length is established by the existing improved public street system. There are no proposed public or private streets. Therefore, these standards are not applicable. EC 9.6815 - Connectivity for Streets Findings: The street connectivity is established by the existing improved public street system. The proposed project does not include public or private streets. Therefore, these standards are not applicable. EC 9.6820 - Cul-de-Sacs or Emergency Vehicle Turnarounds Findings: The proposal does not include cul-de-sacs or emergency vehicle turnarounds in the public right-of-way. Therefore, these standards are not applicable. EC 9.6830 - Intersections of Streets and Alleys Findings: There are no intersections of streets and alleys proposed as part of this application. The site is located within an existing developed area with improved public street rights-of-way. Therefore, these standards are not applicable.
