Exhibit C <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR UNIVERSITY PROPERTY AFTER ADJUSTMENT <br />All of those lands conveyed in that Bargain and Sale Deed recorded June 29, 1960 on Reel 55D <br />Instrument 3334 in the Lane County Oregon Official Records. <br />EXCEPT: Those lands conveyed as Parcel A in that Bargain and Sale Deed recorded July 13, 1965 on <br />Reel 269D Instrument 10755 in the Lane County Oregon Official Records. <br />EXCEPT: Those lands conveyed in that Bargain and Sale Deed recorded July 14, 1977 on Reel 855R <br />Instrument 7743615 in the Lane County Oregon Official Records. <br />EXCEPT: Those lands conveyed in that Bargain and Sale Deed recorded February 26, 1982 on Reel <br />1181 R Instrument 8206122 in the Lane County Oregon Official Records. <br />ALSO: Situated in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 29, Township 17 South, Range 3 West, of the Willamette <br />Meridian, and described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the southerly margin of the Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard right- <br />of-way, said point also being on the easterly margin of the revised Leo Harris Parkway right-of- <br />way (RL'3') as described in that Dedication Deed, recorded as Instrument No. 2025-015529, <br />recorded on May 28, 2025, in the Lane County Deeds and Records, being left 43.50 feet of <br />Engineer's Station RL'3' 0+80.24; THENCE along the easterly margin of said Dedication Deed <br />the following nine courses: <br />1. 223.08 feet, more or less, on a 365. 78 foot radius curve to the left through a delta angle of <br />34°56' 40" with a 219.64 foot chord bearing South 19°56'23" East to a point lying 43.50 <br />feet left of Engineer's Station RL'3' 3+29.85 being a point ofreverse curvature, <br />2. 156.27 feet, more or less, on a 236.00 foot radius curve to the right through a delta angle <br />of 37°56'23" with a 153.43 foot chord bearing South 18°26'31" East to a point lying <br />43.50 feet left of Engineer's Station RL'3' 4+57.32 being a point of tangency, <br />3.
