The applicant shall provide evidence that the stormwater proposal meets the standard of EC <br />9.6791(3)(b). <br />RESPONSE: An updated stormwater report has been provided to the Engineering department and is being <br />reviewed as part of the PEPI review process. The updated stormwater report demonstrates compliance <br />with the standard of EC 9.6791(3)(b). <br />7. All existing structures on the site proposed for removal shall be removed prior to final plat <br />approval. A finalized demolition permit is required. The applicant shall provide evidence of the <br />removal. <br />RESPONSE: A demolition permit has been obtained for the removal of the smaller residence on the west <br />side of the property, and the building has been removed. The applicant is currently in the process of <br />obtaining a demolition permit for the existing larger residence.
