Therefore, this criterion is met. <br />(6) The city surveyor has approved the final plat for compliance with applicable platting <br />requirements in accordance with state law. <br />RESPONSE: The final plat is currently under review to obtain approval. <br /> <br />TENTATIVE SUBDIVISION CONDITIONS OF APPROVALTENTATIVE SUBDIVISION CONDITIONS OF APPROVALTENTATIVE SUBDIVISION CONDITIONS OF APPROVALTENTATIVE SUBDIVISION CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br />1. The applicant shall demonstrate compliance with EC 9.6810 or receive an approval to an <br />Adjustment Review to the block length requirements in accordance with EC 9.6810(4). <br />RESPONSE: The applicant has submitted for an Adjustment Review to these standards, which is currently <br />under review at the City of Eugene. <br />2. A bond or other financial instrument guaranteeing the construction of public improvements shall <br />be submitted by the applicant and accepted by the City Engineer. <br />RESPONSE: The public improvement plans are currently under review at the City of Eugene and therefore, <br />a bond amount has not been determined at this point. Once the bond amount has been established, the <br />applicant will provide the City with the bond. <br />3. The applicant shall provide documentation that EWEB can provide water service to the site. <br />RESPONSE: The water distribution plans for this site are currently being reviewed by EWEB. Upon <br />completion of the review of these plans, documentation shall be provided to the City. <br />4. The applicant shall provide documentation that EWEB has received a financial guarantee, ensuring <br />water will be provided to each lot in the subdivision. <br />RESPONSE: As stated above, the water distribution plans are currently under review. Therefore, a financial <br />guarantee amount has not been determined. Once this has been finalized, the applicant will provide the <br />City of Eugene with this documentation. <br />5. The applicant shall submit a street tree agreement application with a street tree plan to the City <br />Urban Forester that includes the street that abuts the development as well as the new street being <br />constructed. The applicant shall submit a financial guarantee ensuring street trees will be planted <br />and maintained in accordance with applicable EC 7.280 requirements. The applicant shall obtain <br />an approved street tree agreement prior to final plat approval. <br />RESPONSE: The street tree agreement application is currently under review by the City Urban Forester. <br />Upon approval of the application, documentation of the approved agreement and financial guarantee will <br />be provided.
