In addition to the site plan for the Property Line Adjustment, the applicant has submitted a site plan showing <br />the design of the parking lot that is planned to be built on Property 1 once the Property Line Adjustment has <br />been completed. According to EC 9.8415(2), the final configuration shall not “violate standards of this land use <br />code, building codes, fire codes, and Chapter 7.” If the applicant does not wish for the parking lot site plan to be <br />reviewed for compliance with applicable code requirements as part of the Property Line Adjustment process,
