Prior to final PUD approval, the applicant shall submit an updated sit plan that depicts that Lot 38 will have <br />frontage on a public street or having access to a public street over a private street or proposed private access <br />easement. Alternatively, the applicant may combine Lots 37 and 38 to demonstrate compliance with the <br />requirement for public street access. <br />See revise Site Plan. Lot 37 and 38 have been combined. <br /> <br />26. Prior to final PUD approval, the applicant shall submit updated application materials that demonstrate <br />compliance with EC 9.6796. <br />See revised Stormwater Analysis and Civil Engineering Plans. <br /> <br />27. Prior to final PUD approval, the applicant shall submit and updated site plan that includes the following notes: <br /> <br />· The approved stormwater system shall be designed and sized by a civil engineer for the full build-out of <br />the project including 20% of each lot assumed to be impervious surface area.
