On the final PUD site plans and final plat, the applicant shall create an access restriction strip along the <br />westerly boundary line of Lot 15 abutting Hawkins Lane. <br />An access restriction strip has been added to the westerly boundary line of Lot 15. Prior to final plat approval, the applicant shall demonstrate approval from the regional road naming group for <br />alternate street names to replace “Stonehedge Way” and “Stonehedge Court”. <br />The client coordinated with the regional road naming group and they approved Tambour Lane and Tambour <br />Court as street names.
