The conditions are in plain text and the responses are in italics. <br /> <br />The following are the responses to the Final PUD and Final Subdivision Application Requirements, Conditions of <br />Approval and Information Items. The City items are in regular typeface and our responses are in italics. <br /> <br />1. On the final PUD site plans and final plat, the applicant shall create an access restriction strip along the <br />westerly boundary line of Lot 15 abutting Hawkins Lane. <br />An access restriction strip has been added to the westerly boundary line of Lot 15. See revised Site Plan. <br /> <br />2. Prior to final plat approval, the applicant shall demonstrate approval from the regional road naming group for <br />alternate street names to replace “Stonehedge Way” and “Stonehedge Court”. <br />The client coordinated with the regional road naming group and they approved Tambour Lane and Tambour <br />Court as street names.
