This CUP proposal is subject to the <br />Type III application review process per EC 9.7300. <br /> <br />I. Land Use Request <br /> <br />W&G DEVCO LLC (the “applicant”) requests approval of a CUP application for a proposed satellite <br />emergency department (medical) facility use located at the current address 1850 and 1880 West 6th <br />Avenue. The proposed project occurs on a development site with 7 tax lots (the “site”) - Tax Lots 2800, <br />2801, 3000, 3100, 3101, 3200, and 3301 of Lane County Assessor’s Map 17-04-36-21. The proposed <br />CUP is required by the City of Eugene for a “Hospital”-type use (EC Table 9.2450) in the Community <br />Commercial (C-2) zone per EC Table 9.2160.
