Blachly and Belize <br />Blachly and their neighbors Haven and Mallory Beebe, we request that you approve the three enclosed property <br />line adjustments to reconfigure tax lots 5601, 4701, 4700, and 4601 on tax map 18-04-09-00. <br />A. Proposal. <br />As depicted in the attached figures, the proposed lot line adjustments will convey: <br />1. approximately 1.88 acres from tax lot 5601 to the adjoining tax lot 4701; <br />2. approximately .65 of an acre from tax lot 5601 to the adjoining tax lot 4700; <br />3. approximately .04 of an acre from lot 4701 (as amended) to lot 4601. <br />B. Legal Lot Status <br />Each of the four lots involved in the proposed property line adjustment is a legal lot as that term is <br />defined in the Eugene Code (EC) section 9.0500. The Code defines as legal lot as: <br />Legal Lot.
