Lot 5601, although <br />partially located behind Lot 4601, is not a residential flag lot, and would not be subject to the standards at EC <br />9.2775. The applicable agricultural zone has no minimum lot frontage requirement and the northern portion of <br />lot 5601 where in adjoins lot 4601 varies in width from approximately 51 feet to approximately 120 feet.
