<br /> <br /> 7 Slocum TIA April 22, 2025 <br /> TRIP GENERATION <br />3.1 SITE GENERATED VEHICLE TRIPS <br />The ITE Trip Generation Manual 11th ed is used to estimate the Daily, AM, and PM peak hour <br />trip generation. Table 1 provides the trip generation estimates. Travel is anticipated to occur on major routes following the shortest travel path. <br /> <br />The trip distribution for the trips is estimated as follows: <br />• 5% north on Garm Farm and Coburg Road <br />• 25% south on Coburg Road south of Beltline <br />• 20% south to the Gateway area <br />• 5% west to Crescent Ave <br />• 20% west on Beltline <br />• 25% east on Beltline <br />The development trips assigned to the existing street network for the AM peak hour are <br />illustrated in Figure 2, and the PM peak hour is illustrated in Figure 3. <br />
