Condition 5: The applicant shall provide documentation that EWEB has received a financial <br />guarantee . . . <br />The condition was satisfied, and this modification does not affect this condition of approval. <br /> <br />vi. Condition 6: Prior to final plat approval, the applicant shall submit for city review and <br />approval . . <br />Final Plat was approved and recorded so the condition was satisfied. Condition 10: In order to protect the conservation areas during construction and <br />development, fencing shall be required around all conservation areas . . . <br />This note has been added to the Site Plan. When building permits are submitted for these <br />2 lots the plans will be reviewed for compliance. This modification does not affect this <br />condition of approval. <br /> <br />xi. Condition 11: Applicant’s final site plans shall be revised to show the Critical Root Zone <br />(CRZ) for each tree to be preserved . . . <br />The condition was satisfied, and this note has been added to the Site Plan. This <br />modification does not affect this condition of approval. <br /> <br />xii: Condition 12: Include a note on the final plans that states, “All building permits for <br />construction on the lots (as well as PEPI permits and site development permits) shall <br />include a site plan in compliance with the approved tree preservation plan. The building <br />permit submittal shall include sufficient detail to verify that no more than 30% of the Critical <br />Root Zones (CRZ) of trees to be preserved will be impacted by construction activities on <br />the lot, or a report from a certified arborist verifying that the proposed construction activities <br />can otherwise be conducted in a manner that does not threaten the survival of the trees to <br />be preserved. Each building permit shall include tree protection fencing to be erected at the <br />perimeter of the CRZ's for all trees to be preserved (or an alternative location as approved <br />and documented by the certified arborist and City).” <br />The condition was satisfied, and this note has been added to the Site Plan. This <br />modification does not affect this condition of approval. All trees on the 2 lots were proposed <br />to be removed in the approved Performance Agreement, <br /> <br />xiii. Conditions 13: Include a note on the final plans that states. . . <br />The condition was satisfied, and this note has been added to the Site Plan.
