Tax Lot 9900 is the <br />remainder parcel that was created when Tax Lot 9902 was conveyed out by Warranty Deed <br />(attached) notarized on January 9, 1969 and recorded May 20, 1971, Reel 532, Reception No. <br />47577. At that time the lot could have qualified to be split off by a subdivision or partition. <br />Therefore, tax lot 9900 is not a lawfully established unit of land. <br /> <br />
