for Crescent Village PUD. The related adjustment review requests additions to the allowed <br />landscape planting materials and minor reductions to the size of several landscape beds. Refer to <br />the applicant's written statement, site plans and the applications for further details regarding the <br />proposed development. <br />Public Notice <br />Public notice of this final PUD and adjustment review. application was provided in accordance with <br />Eugene Code (EC) requirements. Referral comments were also requested from various City staff, <br />other service providers, and the Cal Young Neighborhood Association. Public notice was mailed <br />on April 27, 2007. No written testimony related to these applications was received in response to <br />the public notice. <br />Final PUD Evaluation <br />The final PUD application for the subject site has been reviewed by the Planning Division as well as <br />other City divisions and public service agencies to ensure conformance with the approved tentative <br />plan, the conditions assigned by the Hearings Official, and applicable city standards, in accordance <br />with EC 9.8365. The applicable conditions of approval are listed below (in bold), followed by <br />findings of how the final submittal has addressed them. <br />1.
