Therefore, final planned unit development approval is granted without condition. <br />The following information items are provided for the applicant's benefit. Implementation will <br />be required at the time of building permit <br />Sidewalk construction along each lot will be required as part of the building permit approval for <br />each unit. <br />Driveways onto public streets shall not be curb return types; a standard apron design shall be <br />used. <br />Compliance with the EC 9.6725 Outdoor Lighting Standards will be reviewed at the time of <br />building permit. <br />Specific plantings consistent with EC 9.6210(3) High Screen Landscape Standard (L-3) must be <br />shown on the building permit plans along the northern property lines of Blocks H and K (north <br />of Tract B and Lot 57 of the Crescent Village 2nd Addition Subdivision) <br />Post Approval: <br />Pursuant to Eugene Code Section 9.7220(3), the decision of the Planning Director is effective on the <br />13th day after notice of the decision is mailed, unless appealed according to the procedures in EC <br />9.7605. The final PUD approval shall remain effective for 36 months following the effective date <br />of approval, in accordance with EC 9.7230.
