Zoned R-4/PD/ND, High Density Residential with <br />Planned Unit Development and Nodal Development overlay zones. <br />Relevant Dates: <br />Application submitted on August 4, 2005; deemed complete on August 31, 2005; public <br />notice mailed September 7, 2005; decision granting approval issued on September 28, 2005. <br />Background <br />The current proposal consists of the first phase of the multi-phase Crescent Village PUD (PDT 04- <br />1), a mixed use development master plan that includes residential, retail/commercial and office uses <br />covering approximately 33 acres. The current proposal, which includes 40 detached townhouses <br />and 24 rowhouses, substantially conforms to the tentative PUD approval for Crescent Village PUD. <br />Refer to the applicant's written statement, site plans and the tentative PUD application for further <br />details regarding the proposed development. <br />Public Notice <br />Public notice of this final PUD application was provided in accordance with Eugene Code (EC) <br />requirements. Referral comments were also requested from various City staff, other service <br />providers, and the Cal Young Neighborhood Association.
