Section 9.2751 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by amending <br />subsection (1)(b); adding subsections (3)(e) and (3)(f); amending subsection (13) and the lead-in <br />paragraph of subsection (15)(a); adding a new subsection (15)(b); re-lettering subsection (15)(b) <br />as (15)(c) and amending the lead-in paragraph; amending the lead-in paragraph of (16)(b); <br />amending subsections (18)(a)1., (18)(a)3., (18)(a)4., (18)(a)5.a., (18)(a)7., (18)(a)8., (18)(a)9., <br />(18)(a)11.a., (18)(a)13., (18)(a)14., and (18)(b)1.; adding subsection (18)(d), and amending <br />subsection (19) to provide as follows: <br />9.2751 Special Development Standards for Table 9.2750. <br />(1)Density. <br />* * * <br />(b) The maximum residential density requirements in Table 9.2750 do not apply to <br />accessory dwellings, duplexes, triplexes, fourplexes, townhouses, or cottage clusters. <br />1. Cottage clusters in the R-1 zone shall have a minimum net density of 4 units per <br />acre. <br />2. Townhouses in the R-1 zone shall have a maximum net density of 25 units per acre. <br />Townhouses in the R-2 zone shall have a maximum net density of 39 units per net acre. <br />3.Density Increase for Small Townhouses.
