Homes for Good is the client overseeing this project. As part of the property renovation, occupiable space on the ground level will be added, which will include secured/covered bicycle parking for the tenants. With the requirement to provide (1) long-term bicycle parking spot for each unit, a total of 57 bicycle parking spots are needed. Using only traditional hoop style bicycle parking racks poses a challenge due to limited space within the building and site. With these spatial constraints it is our intent to provide consistency with EC 9.6100 and adhere as much as possible to the Bicycle Parking Standards set forth by the City of Eugene.
