Section 4. Examples include field crops, <br />P <br />orchards, berries, and nursery or flower stock. <br />Section 5. Section 9.2741 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by adding subsection <br />(9) to provide as follows: <br />9.2741 Special Use Limitations for Table 9.2740. <br />(9) Display and Sale of Agricultural Products Grown Offsite. This use is only allowed on <br />property located within the city limits of the City of Eugene and within the River Road -Santa <br />Clara Neighborhood Specific Regulation Area as shown on Map 9.2170(3)(d), and is subject to <br />the following standards: <br />(a) Use is limited to two days in a calendar week and is limited to between the hours of <br />9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. <br />(b) Permanent changes to the development site to specifically accommodate the use are <br />prohibited. <br />(c) Except during the hours of operation of the use, there shall be no display or outdoor <br />storage of agricultural products visible from the street. <br />(d) The use is not permitted on a flag lot. <br />(e) Parking associated with the use must be located on -street or within an existing on - <br />site parking area. <br />(f) Signs associated with the use shall not be placed in the public right of way or vision <br />clearance area.
