Section 9.8030 of the Eugene Code, 1971, is amended by adding subsection <br />(38) to provide as follows: <br />9.8030 Adjustment Review — Approval Criteria. <br />(38) River Road/Santa Clara Neighborhood Specific Standards. Where this land use code <br />provides that the River Road/Santa Clara Neighborhood Specific Standards can be adjusted, <br />the standards may be adjusted upon finding that the design achieves all of the following: <br />(a) Contributes to the continuity of building facades along the street; <br />(b) Creates an attractive pedestrian environment along all adjacent streets; and <br />(c) Is compatible with adjacent development. <br />Ordinance - Page 9 of 11 <br />
