The list here reflects current <br />commitments; however, these seats may be filled by designees or a permanent replacement without formal <br />amendment to the Charter. <br />Triple Bottom Line Sounding Board <br />In addition to the technical work described herein, there are numerous citywide policy directives that <br />impact smaller scale actions. To ensure consistency among the diverse directives and represent broader <br />community perspectives, a Triple Bottom Line sounding board will be convened. The group will be <br />comprised of representatives of the following boards and commissions. <br />■ Eugene Planning Commission <br />■ Lane County Planning Commission (optional) <br />■ Human Rights Commission <br />■ Sustainability Commission <br />■ Active Transportation Committee <br />■ Housing Policy Board <br />■ Historic Review Board <br />The TBL Sounding Board is charged with communicating with the Project Management Team and CAC <br />to: <br />■ Employ a citywide perspective to provide advice, feedback, and critical reviews of neighborhood <br />plans, policies, and project ideas. <br />■ Provide advice and input on how best to reach community members and their topic -specific <br />constituencies. <br />■ Act as a liaison with representative committees, providing information and soliciting feedback to <br />keep those groups informed and engaged. <br />151 Page <br />55 <br />
