That <br />plan seeks to engage the varied stakeholders of River Road and Santa Clara, including defined <br />organizations and informal networks. The PI Plan includes an exhaustive list of stakeholders, local <br />organizations and networks, outlets for distribution, and potential venues. <br />The populations within each stakeholder group will be given multiple opportunities to engage the <br />planning process through varied media, reflecting that each individual has different levels of interest in <br />involvement. The overall process will employ tools within the spectrum of public participation, ranging <br />from online questionnaires (consult) to in-depth workshops (involve) and a citizen advisory committee <br />(collaborate).
