Possible to explore solutions to <br />consider in Special Area Zone. May be better addressed by focusing on transportation <br />improvements rather than code. Transportation topic area focuses on improving active <br />transportation and transit to reduce need for parking. <br />a.Continue efforts with City Parking Program to establish parking enforcement around <br />ECCO Apartments.
