Expedited Land Divisions <br />If your proposal meets the following requirements, you have the option of proceeding under the Expedited Land <br />Division process or the standard city process. Please refer to the information sheet for further details. <br />Does your application qualify as an Expedited Land Division? The fee varies depending upon the type of application and is adjusted <br />periodically by the City Manager.
