No development permit <br />shall be issued by the city prior to approval of the subdivision tentative plan application. <br />RESPONSE: This subdivision application proposes the creation of 11 residential lots and one public lot and, <br />therefore, is subject to these provisions. A preliminary title report is <br />attached. <br /> (2) The application shall include all contiguous undeveloped or partially developed property under <br />the same ownership as the subject property, be signed by the owner of the property, and include <br />such related information as prescribed by the planning director.
