The Planning Director shall review and approve in writing any proposed changes to <br />the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC & R's) and the Disclosure Statement <br />regarding those portions of the CC & R's protecting conservation areas and the City's <br />authority to enforce. (Refer also to Tentative PUD Condition #14.) <br />Response: The Performance Agreement, East Ridge Village PUD (PDF 02-2), signed between <br />September 16, 2002, and September 19, 2002, is included in Exhibit G. Conclusion <br />The required findings have been made, and this written narrative and accompanying documentation <br />demonstrate that the application is consistent with the applicable provisions of the Eugene Land Use Code <br />and the surviving conditions of approval for the East Ridge Village PUD (PDF 02-2), as modified.
