Tech Memo <br />From: Kelly Sandow PE <br />RE: Willamette Greenway Peak Hour Trip Gen <br />Date: 9.9.21 <br />Conclusion: <br />As per EC 9.8670 the City of Eugene considers impacts to a system based on the peak hours <br />which are defined as the weekday AM, weekday PM, and Saturday Afternoon time periods. <br />The new building will be converting the existing outdoor football practice field into an indoor <br />football practice filed. The existing indoor football practice field will become an indoor practice <br />field for the baseball and soccer programs which already occur on site. The site will not <br />generate any new trips beyond what is currently generated. <br />
