Show any existing and proposed public access connections to, and <br />along, the Willamette River. <br />The proposed development is located approximately 2,200 feet from the Willamette <br />River. Existing public access connections to and along the Willamette River are <br />discussed in Section 4.0. No new public access connections are proposed. <br />12. Supporting Analysis and Documents <br />a. Submit a Geotechnical Analysis, if required to satisfy applicable <br />criteria. <br />The Geotechnical Analysis Report for the subject site is included as Exhibit E. <br />b. The applicant is responsible for meeting State/Federal wetland <br />requirements. Submit a wetland determination and a letter of <br />acceptance of the determination from the Oregon Division of <br />State Lands (ODSL) and if necessary, a wetland delineation report <br />for potential wetlands identified on the Eugene Local Wetlands <br />Inventory (LWI) maps, West Eugene Wetlands Plan (WEWP) maps, <br />Wetland Determination reports, or other sources which indicate <br />the potential presence of wetlands. <br />The findings of an on-site delineation of the boundaries of jurisdictional wetlands in <br />Patterson Slough was submitted with a prior Greenway application (WG 01-1). The <br />delineation report received formal concurrence from the Oregon Division of Stand <br />Lands on March 27, 2000 (WD #00-0094). No development is proposed within the <br />conservation area setbacks applied to the Patterson Slough riparian or wetland sites. <br />C. Submit a legal description of property included in the Willamette <br />greenway application.
