Filing Fee <br />The required filling fee of $6,417.92 is provided via check with the initial submittal. <br />2. Written Statement <br />This written statement is provided as part of initial application submittal. Findings of <br />compliance with applicable criteria in EC 8.8815 are provided in Section 6.0. <br />3. Site Plan Requirements <br />A copy of the Site Plan is provided as part of initial application submittal. One 8-1/2" x <br />11" copy of the Site Plan is included for public notice purposes. <br />a. Show location of the Willamette River ordinary low water line and <br />the distance from the proposed development. <br />The Willamette River ordinary low water line is shown on the project vicinity map <br />located on Sheet A0.000 Cover Sheet (Exhibit A). The proposed development is located <br />approximately 2,200 from the ordinary low water line of the Willamette River as shown <br />on the project vicinity map. <br />b. Show the Greenway Boundary line. <br />The Autzen Stadium Complex is within the Willamette River Greenway. The Greenway <br />Boundary line is shown on Sheet 1-0.000 Autzen Stadium Complex Site Plan (Exhibit A). <br />C. Show vicinity map drawing on the subject site plan (does not need <br />to be drawn to scale. <br />A project Vicinity Map is included on Sheet A0.000 Cover Sheet (Exhibit A). <br />d. Show location of all existing and proposed structures.
