Declarant is the owner of certain real property described as Lots 1 through 12 <br />(collectively, the "Lots"), A20TH ROW HOUSE SUBDIVISION, as filed and recorded in the <br />Lane County Official Records on , 2021, Reception No. 2021- <br />(the "Plat") located in Lane County, Oregon. <br />B.
