Barnes <br />Applicant <br />Eastmark Capital Group <br />sean@eastmarkcapitalgroup.com <br />Re: A20th Row House Subdivision (ST 20-6) <br />Explanation of Satisfying Tentative Subdivision Decision Letter Conditions of Approval <br />Dear Althea: <br />This letter shall serve as confirmation as to how the Applicant for the above referenced subdivision <br />application has met the Tentative Subdivision Conditions of Approval. <br />• Condition #1 - The required language "All lots are rowhouse lots and will be <br />developed with rowhouses." Has been added to the final site plan. <br />• Condition #2 - The required access restriction strip has been added to the final plat <br />and is shown on the final site plan. <br />• Condition #3 - The street name Amazon Parkway has been added to the final site <br />plan and final plat as required. <br />• Condition #4 - The JAM has been prepared as required by Condition #4 and is <br />attached to the final plat application. <br />• Condition #5 - The required public emergency access easement has been prepared <br />and is attached to the final plat application. <br />• Condition #6 - Applicant has paid the EWEB deposit of $32,175 which is the <br />financial guarantee, receipt of payment attached. Upon receipt of verification from <br />EWEB the financial guarantee is in place, applicant will provide to the city. <br />• Condition #7 - Draft Irrevocable Petition is attached. <br />• Condition #8 - The required letter verifying developer will adhere to the <br />recommendations made by Earth Engineers is attached. <br />• Condition #9 - Street removal approval is attached. <br />Please contact me if this letter does not satisfy the Written Statement requirement for Final Plat. <br />Sincerely, <br />EASTMARK CAPITAL GROUP <br />Sean M.
