Attend the virtual public hearing on June 21, 2021 and verbally state your support or concerns. <br />Due to Governor Kate Brown's Stay Home, Save Lives Executive Order to combat the spread of <br />Covid-19, the online option and instructions for participation will be available at <br />https://www.eugene-or.gov/3360/Webcasts-and-Meeting-Materials. Given the online/virtual <br />format for this hearing, you are strongly encouraged to submit written testimony in advance. <br />Please note: Your written comments must include your mailing address if you wish to be included on the <br />mailing list for any future notices, including notice of decision, on this application. <br />City Council's decision can be appealed to the Land Use Board of Appeals. Keep in mind that failure to <br />raise an issue at the public hearing, in person or by way of written testimony, or failure to provide <br />statements or evidence with sufficient specificity to enable City Council to respond to the issue, precludes <br />an appeal based on that issue.
