by phone: (541) 682-5437 or e-mail: RBohner@eugene-or.gov for questions about accessing the <br />materials for this application. <br />Questions and Topics Raised for Further Discussion <br />To assist the commission, staff has provided a response to various questions and topics raised by <br />interested parties in public testimony and by commissioners following the public hearing (see <br />Attachment A). <br />NEXT STEPS: <br />Based off the testimony and commissioners' comments, staff revisited and identified an error <br />contained within the applicant's TPR analysis assumptions. In order to allow the applicant an <br />opportunity to revise their assumptions and to provide ample opportunity for interested parties to <br />review the applicant's revised TPR analysis, staff recommend the Planning Commission reopen the <br />public record following the same format utilized during the recent open record extension. <br />Following the close of this additional open record period, staff recommends that the Planning <br />Commission hold deliberations, review the public testimony and staff response related to these <br />proposed amendments, and provide a recommendation to the City Council. Planning Commission <br />deliberations were scheduled to begin on February 22, 2021.
