The applicant is proposing to amend the <br />base land use designation from Light-Medium Industrial to Mixed Use, and no <br />other text amendments are proposed. <br /> <br />Refinement Plan Amendment (City File # RA 20-2): Amends the Whiteaker <br />Neighborhood Plan’s land use diagram for the subject property from Light- <br />Medium Industrial to Mixed Use.
