From: Kelly Sandow, PE <br />RE: 1400 Cross Street TPR- Trip Cap <br />Date: 3.1.2021 <br />Page 2 <br />The copy and print shop, ITE Land Use 920, and the hardware/paint shop, ITE Land Use 816, are <br />assumed to be an accessory use to the "Paper and Allied Products" and "Paint and Allied Products" <br />that are allowed uses under manufacturing in Chapter 9 of the City Code. The development <br />assumption includes a manufacturer on-site for both land uses. <br />SUMMARY <br />The existing 1-2 zoning for the subject site has the potential to generate 328 total trips in the PM <br />peak hour based on the reasonable worst-case zoning development potential allowed under the I- <br />2 zoning. A Trip Cap of 325 PM peak hour trips will satisfy the Transportation Planning Rule <br />requirements of no significant impact. <br />SAN DOW <br />ENGINEERING <br />
