Informational Items <br />Land Use Review Items: <br />• The 10-foot-wide front yard setback along the entire site abutting Willow Creek Road <br />and along the entire frontage along West 18th Avenue that is being developed with <br />buildings, shall comply with the L-1 standards at EC 9.6210(1). <br />• The two landscaping beds north of the two parking areas between Buildings 12 and 13, <br />and 13 and 14 shall meet the L-3 landscaping standard per EC 9.6210(3). <br />• Canopy trees per the definition at EC 9.0500 will be located within required landscape <br />beds to meet all landscape standards per EC 9.6210 and 9.6420(3). <br />• Per EC 9.6730(3)(d), striping or contrasting paving material shall be provided when <br />pedestrian paths intersect drive aisles as previously indicated to the applicant. <br />For more information regarding these Land Use Review informational items, please contact <br />Mike Mckerrow at 541.682.5288 or MMckerrow@eugene-or.gov. <br />Eugene Water & Electric Board Informational Items: <br />• The Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB) has provided a referral which lists <br />informational items, and states that several items will be required prior to the provision <br />of electric and water services from EWEB. While not items that must be addressed for <br />approval under the Eugene Code, the items are no less important and are certainly <br />applicable.
