No testimony was received for this application during the comment period <br />ending on August 21, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. <br />The Planning Division also provided information concerning the application to other <br />appropriate City departments, public agencies, service providers, and neighborhood services. <br />All referral comments received by the Planning Division on this application are included in the <br />application file for reference and addressed in the context of applicable approval criteria and <br />standards in the following evaluation. <br />EVALUATION <br />A Needed Housing Site Review application is subject to the Type II land use application <br />procedures, which are primarily addressed at EC 9.7200-9.7230. The applicant has chosen the <br />"Needed Housing" (i.e. clear and objective) review track, as opposed to the "General" (i.e. <br />discretionary) review track. In accordance with the Site Review process beginning at EC 9.8425, <br />the Planning Director shall approve, conditionally approve, or deny this application. The <br />Planning Director's decision is based on the following evaluation of the proposal in the context <br />of compliance with the applicable needed housing approval criteria at EC 9.8445. <br />The Major Adjustment Review request is also subject to the Type II land use application <br />procedures. The evaluation for the six requested adjustments (as listed in the application <br />details above) are evaluated in context of their applicable standards in the site review <br />evaluation below. These findings are titled as Adjustment #1-#6 (in underlined text) and <br />address details of the proposal in the context of compliance with the applicable approval <br />criteria and related standards.
