Additionally, there is an 8" public wastewater <br />line (a, MH 10274 along Polk Street from Railroad Blvd to Cross Street <br />Stormwater. Public Stormwater facilities exist within the row of both Polk Street as well as <br />Cross Street via weepholes in the curb and storm drains. <br />Streets: The property has primary frontage Railroad Blvd which is identified as a major <br />collector, as well as access connections to both the local streets Polk Street and Cross Street. All <br />roadways are owned and maintained by the City of Eugene. <br />Regarding item #2 above, <br />This application does not meet the exemption per subsection 9, therefore, a scoping checklist and TPR <br />analysis are required and have been submitted with this application <br />Supporting Information - Transportation Planning Rule Analysis (TPRA) Scoping Checklist and Report <br />Submitted <br />Missing <br />Incomplete <br />N/A <br />1.
